We currently ship to Canada and the US. We offer free shipping on orders over $125 (Canada) and $175 (US).

All of our products are handcrafted in our apothecary studio located in Sturgeon County, Alberta, Canada.

Our products are made in small batches to ensure you're receiving the maximum potency of the plant benefits! Each product (except candles) have a shelf life of 12 months from date of purchase.

All Luna Rosa products are made fresh with 100% natural ingredients and without harsh or chemical preservatives. To ensure the shelf life of your all-natural product is not compromised, avoid introducing water into the container and always handle products with clean, dry hands. Tightly secure lids and store products in a cool, dry place.

Orders are processed and shipped out within 4-7 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped during business days only, Monday-Friday. We currently only ship through Canada Post. 

Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-10 business days depending on the province. For international orders, the time frame can vary depending on customs, but they typically arrive within 10-20 business days.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. 

Please email us at hello@lunarosabotanicals.com within 7 days of the order being received and include your order number, which products were damaged, and photos of the damaged products. If you are eligible, we will issue a shop credit to replace the items.
