Where do you ship?
We currently ship to Canada and the US. We offer free shipping on orders over $125 (Canada) and $175 (US).
Where are your products made?
All of our products are handcrafted in our apothecary studio located in Sturgeon County, Alberta, Canada.
Once my order is placed, can I make changes?
Once order has been processed, unfortunately we cannot make any changes. Email us with any questions at email@example.com
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed and shipped out within 4-7 business days. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Orders are shipped during business days only, Monday-Friday. We currently only ship through Canada Post.
Domestic orders usually arrive within 2-10 business days depending on the province. For international orders, the time frame can vary depending on customs, but they typically arrive within 10-20 business days.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
What should I do if my order arrives and the products are damaged?
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of the order being received and include your order number, which products were damaged, and photos of the damaged products. If you are eligible, we will issue a shop credit to replace the items.
